WHAT IS BODY CONTOURING?
Body contouring is a non-invasive procedure that successfully helps in diminishing stubborn fat pockets, cellulite, or loose skin. It can be a treatment for stretchmarks or post pregnancy. It is usually done on someone who is looking to achieve a more slender, contoured and tighter looking appearance.
WHAT IS ULTRASONIC CAVITATION?
Ultrasonic Cavitation is a non-invasive fat reduction procedure that uses ultrasound technology to reduce fat cells in targeted areas of the body. Cavitation works by sending ultrasonic waves deep into the layers of the skin which breaks up fat cells and causes them to liquify. You will hear a slight “ringing” or “buzzing” in your ear. This is normal. The fat cells are then released into the bloodstream and are disposed of through the lymphatic system (urine and sweat). Fat cells leave the body over a 72 hour period. It is important to drink plenty of water after the treatment to help flush them out.
WHAT IS RADIO FREQUENCY?
Radio frequency (red light) is used as a non-surgical alternative of skin tightening. The procedure involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as the dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. Skin laxity occurs around 35 to 40 years old when the quantity and quality of your collagen begins to decline. Typically, each year we age we lose 1% collagen. It is commonly used to treat the forehead, under eyes, cheeks, mid-face, jawline and neck.
WHAT IS LASER LIPOLYSIS?
Laser Lipo is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment. It is an alternative to traditional liposuction. Laser lipo uses cold lasers to target hardened fat tissue and break fat cells apart, reducing the volume of the fatty tissue. It works by penetrating the first few millimetres beneath the skin. This is where stubborn fat cells usually lie. This process is also known to tighten the skin in the area the pads are applied. The fat cells are liquified and then excreted through your lymphatic system (urine & sweat). You will need to ensure to drink plenty of water after the treatment to help flush out those fat cells.
WHAT IS VACUUM THERAPY?
Vacuum Therapy is a non-invasive procedure that helps combat cellulite and mobilize fat into desired areas. This technique is performed using a suction device. Vacuum therapy also helps to eliminate fat, remove toxins from the body, has an exfoliating effect, provides elasticity to the skin, boosts blood circulation and relaxes the muscles. Vacuum therapy helps tighten, tone, lift and plump the buttocks, breast, and face in a series of sessions.
